NDSL and MGL Online Registrations
Clubforce have updated the registration form to be more user friendly as result Covid last season
Deadline is 14th July 2021
Moving forward, your clubs who are registering should be made aware of the following support services we are operating in case they run into any difficulty with registrations.
- Live Support Chat
The Live Support Chat is available between the hours of 9am and 6pm. It can be accessed via the Orange help button located at the bottom right hand corner of the page (See below). Both myself and my colleague Arran (cc'd on this email) are standing by to assist clubs and their members with any query with their registration. If there's an issue with a Discount Code, we'll be able to fix it immediately through here. - Office Number
We can also be contacted via our office number 091-506048. With our staff working remotely, this number is operating by a number of different staff so they may not get through to myself or Arran straight away. However, if a club simply requests to speak to one of us and mention the query (Discount Code or something else), our colleagues will be able to transfer the call to us. - My Direct Number
My own number is 0872539007. I'm online between the hours of 9am-3pmand again in the evening between 5pm-8pm so clubs can also call me directly for assistance. - Email
In addition to all of the above, your clubs can also email myself and Arran directly via francis@clubforce.com or arran@clubforce.com as well
I would expect any issue that arises will be straight forward for us to resolve and if not, we can escalate it immediately. I have added myself and Arran to the confirmation emails so that we'll be notified of registrations as they come through.
